Egypt and Ethiopia have connected in a strong relation as there are historical facts that
deepen these relations, one of these is Egypt's cooperation in establishing the first economic
and financial banking system in Ethiopia.
Beside the religious relation between The Egyptian and Ethiopian churches the Nile River is
considered one of the effective connections
That strong then the relations as it leads to some tension between the two countries because
Ethiopia believes that Egypt seeks to control the river tries to build its project over the Blue
Nile means a threat to the Ethiopian national security.
The tension continues even after the revolution of 25th of January 2011because the Nahda
dam which is a clear threat for the Ethiopian national security.
The normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) is an effective graphical indicator that can be used to analyze remote sensing measurements using a space platform, in order to investigate the trend of the live green vegetation in the observed target. In this research, the change detection of vegetation in Babylon city was done by tracing the NDVI factor for temporal Landsat satellite images. These images were used and utilized in two different terms: in March 19th in 2015 and March 5th in 2020. The Arc-GIS program ver. 10.7 was adopted to analyze the collected data. Objective(s): To assess the effect of removable partial dentures on the abutment teeth in comparison with that of the
remaining dentition, and to investigate the effect of regular check up on periodontal health for patients using this
type of prosthesis.
Methodology: One hundred patients wearing removable partial dentures for at least three years included in the
study. Teeth used as direct or in direct retainers for the removable partial denture were considered as the study
group, while the remaining dentition in the same jaw was considered as the control group. The following periodontal
parameters were registered for each tooth, plaque and gingival indices, clinical attachment level and tooth mobility.
