This research dealt eith the effect of wars experienced bythe Iraqi people in the abroad Iraq women novels between 2003 – 2010, where this issye dominated on Iraqi women novels at this stage until it became the main subject that events revolved aroud in the novels of this stage.
The research also highlighted on the impact of continuous tough wars in human life and psyche, especially in the lives of women – and this is the privacy of feminist novel – where the Iraqi women novels focused on the impact of war on psychological of women and what it caused of misfortunes as women. Iraqi women have suffered from the bitterness of the loss caused by war as – any loss – a natural of her – the loss of father, son, husband, brother and lover - . And that what well try to demonstrate on this research.

... Show MoreIn this study, the results of the uranium concentrations and specific activity in 10 rice samples are described using a solid-state track detector (CR-39). Samples were collected from various local Iraqi markets with different origins (Iraq, India, America, and Thailand). Our findings found that the results of uranium concentration in all studied samples are ranging from (0.55 ± 0.28 to 1.74 ± 0.31) ppm with a weighted average of (1.24 ± 0.99) ppm. Also, results demonstrate that the specific activity values of the studied samples swing between values of (6.88 ± 3.52 and 21.49 ± 3.85) Bq/Kg. This paper study two stratified quantile regression models of the marginal and the conditional varieties. We estimate the quantile functions of these models by using two nonparametric methods of smoothing spline (B-spline) and kernel regression (Nadaraya-Watson). The estimates can be obtained by solve nonparametric quantile regression problem which means minimizing the quantile regression objective functions and using the approach of varying coefficient models.
