This research seeks to give an objective, neutral and all-embracing examination of the prince ((Faker al Deen Almani)) as historical study , the prince regard as an important person for his active role in the Lebanese political system from 1590 till 1697. This research include three aspects , chapter 1 deals with historical inheritance of Lebanon before Amaaniya Amart and a rise of Amaanya Amart from (1516-1697). Chapter 2 devoted to the study of personality of Alamer Faker al Deen Al-Mani and his internal policy , Chapter 3 studies the foreign policy of the prince in Lebanon and his end , Finally in the conclusion , certain findings clearly summarized.

The current study aimed at identifying the orientations of the female students of Faculty of Education for women in Baghdad University toward the different teaching methodologies and the differences in variable factor with different major, teaching phase and the interaction between them. Abstract Since unmethylated CpG motifs are more common in DNA from bacteria than vertebrates, and the unmethylated CpG motif has recently been reported to have stimulatory effects on lymphocytes, we speculated that bacterial DNA may induce inflammation in the urinary tract. To determine the role of bacterial DNA in lower UTI, we intraurethrally injected prokaryotic DNA (extracted from E. coli) in white mice and performed histopathological study for the kidneys and urinary bladders, 24 h after the exposure. The results showed infiltration of inflammatory cells, shrinkage of glomerulus and increase the capsular space, as well as edema formation in kidney tissues. Moreover, urinary bladder sections showed infiltration of inflammatory cells.
