The research deals with financial and supplies support from the rulers and governors of the
Arab cities and Islamic regions to the poor of common people and the poor of their own . The
Islamic Arab community was characterized , since the prophet's era , with great humanistic
features that formed the cultural characteristic which organized individual's economic life .
The prophet , senior Muslims and the rich cared a lot about this side . There was a large
variation in the degrees of wealth and poverty in the Muslim Arab community as a heritage
from the pve – Islamic society where there is no concern about helping the needy and poor .
Thus , the research sheds light on the different forms of help offered by rulers and governers
to the poor especially during the Rashidi and Umayyad eras
This study dealt with the presentation and documentation of the Iraqi women's participations in athletics in the Arab sports courses since the establishment of the Federation of Athletics in 1948 to 2017 as well as analysis of the results achieved for these participations and discuss the reasons for not participating in some of these courses and the researchers try to show the distinct role of Iraqi athletes, And their active contribution to these courses to represent the country as well as to promote the sports reality of Iraqi women compared to their Arab sisters, whose names have become a symbol of every Arab woman and therefore benefit from the experience of the Arab teams In athletics for women.

The research aims to study the effect of the commodity dumping phenomenon that Iraq suffered after 2003 on the consumption pattern of individuals, towards the acquisition of non-essential goods (luxury). To achieve our goal we relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for obtaining information related to the research, and it was distributed on a random sample of consumers in the city of Baghdad with 250 questionnaires. The aim of the research is to identify the role of public relations in promoting tourism by the Palestinian tourism and travel companies in Gaza from the public relations officer’s point of view in those companies.
The researcher used the descriptive analytical method as the most appropriate for such studies and implemented the questionnaire as a tool to obtain the required data from the respondents.
