The research focuses,in the first place, on six fields.The most important one is
curriculum field which includes the revision of the current academic curriculums and
substitute them with recent ones, beside the rehabilitation of academic labs and factories by
providing them with modern scientific technologies employed in the world. Regarding the
economical field, it seeks to provide high-level training staffs to serve different social and
economical sectors through modern effective technological and scientific
curriculums.Whereas the social field assures the concern of different social classes who
deprived from the grace of higher education such as retirees and elderly people and to set-up
some educational and entertaining seminars for them.Media field deals with Arab Media
Organizations and how they were far enough from the college and its accomplishments on the
pretext of colleges’ weakness to present the new. Concerningthe financial field,it mentions
that countries in Arab World is the only financer for higher education and scientific research,
while we find that most of industrial world countries allocate, for higher education, more than
3% of the national income,beside the national effort’s contribution of economical
organizations for the scientific research in making use of it to solve some of their problems or
to buy the scientific accomplishment in order to manufacture it.Student’s field handles the
philosophy of quantitative and voluntary acceptance of students without looking at the size of
qualitative requirements from administrative and technical qualifications and without paying
attention to the size of Arab Market. This leads to unemployment of graduates all over Arab
Countries. The solution for this problem lies in establishing specialized civil and semigovernmental
firms whichaim to attract graduates according to their specialties and to ensure
their government officials privileges as conduct by modern industrial countries all over the
world.
Steps were taken to obtain the Kojic acid crystals from local fungal isolation A. flavus WJF81 by separating the fermentation products from the fungus mycelium from the production plant at the centrifuge at a speed of 5000 cycles for 10 minutes. The extraction was followed by ethyl acetate then supernatant concentrate by using rotary evaporator, and dried with heat oven 37ºC. Long, yellowish, pristine acid crystals were obtained that examined the optical microscope with a magnification force of 10x and 40x. The fluorescence emission of Rhodamine 6G (R6G) and Acriflavine dyes in PMMA polymer have been studied by changing the irradiation and exposure time of laser light to know the effect of this parameter. It was found that the fluorescence intensity decreases in the polymer samples doped dyes as the exposure time increases and then reaches stabilization at long times, this behavior called photobleaching, which have been shown in liquid phase less than solid phase. Glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with carbon nanotubes CNT and C60 by attachment and solution evaporation techniques, respectively. CNT/Li+/GCE and C60/Li+/GCE were prepared by modifying CNT/GCE and C60/GCE in Li+ solution via cyclic voltammetry (CV) potential cycling. The sensing characteristics of the modified film electrodes, demonstrated in this study for interference of Mn2+ in different heavy metals ion esp. Hg2+, Cd2+ and Cu2+. The interfering effect was investigated that exert positive interference on the redox peaks of Mn2+. The modification of GCE with nano materials and Li+ act an enhancement for the redox current peaks to observe the effect of interference for Mn2+ in 1:1 ratio with different heavy metals ion.

The probability is considered one of the grammatical cases in all languages of the world. Expressions of probability in Spanish language are expressed by various structures, expressions and some verb tenses. By this study explains the grammatical cases, the verbal periphrases, the impersonal expressions, the future tenses (simple and perfect) and the conditional mode of probability in Spanish language .We have explains these cases in detail with examples that have extracted from various spanish grammar books .The specific objective of this study is to know the resources and constructions of probability in Spanish language and their translation in Arabic language.
Some methods recommended abroad to control the oriental hornet, Vespa orientalis L., attacking the honey bee, Apis mellifera L., colonies were tested, with some modifications, for the first time under the Iraqi conditions. One of these methods was carried out by covering the hive entrance with a piece of queen excluder to prevent the hornet from entering the hive. Also, the position of hive stand was reversed to deprive the hornet from using the flight board as a stage for waiting and creeping toward the defending bees.
