Abstract
The research hypothesizes is that the external Environment
has the responsibility concerning decisions making and behavioral
upon industrial firms. It is, Furthermore, an attempt to review the
problem of closures of private industrial firms in the country, during
the period (1976-1985), i.e. prior to and during the Iraqian- Iranian
war.

This investigation was carrid out to utilize whey and rice in manufacturing nutritious product with therapeutic virtue . The rice cooked with whey in a ratio 1:10 w/w, then the product was fermented by lactic acid bacteria (LAB) starters that comprise each Lb.acidophilus (Lb.a),Lb.casie(Lb.c) and their mixes at ratios: 1a:1c ;2a:1c ; 1a;2c . The five different starters were used separately in processing fermented products . The best fermentation period was 2 days as hieghest therapeutic bacterial counts were resulted . This study focuses on the basics and the details of production of maize in Wasit province, in order to detect the spatial variation of the cultivation, production and the reality of their geographical distribution. The study has shown that maize is an important field crops grown in this province. The research found many conclusions, including the following: (1) The top area had been planted with maize in Wasit province, was (102888) acres with a total standard degree (Sd) scored at (1.3), in 2004; while the lowest planted area, namely, (43196) acres was planted in 2010 with a standard degree of (-1.6).
