This study is concerned look at the role of satellite channels in the dissemination of
consumer culture that has become part of our everyday lives , which is a dangerous
phenomenon on society , so the study is aimed at introducing the concept of consumer culture
and the risks to individuals , which conducted a field study on a sample of students from the
University of Baghdad, as they represent an important category of the society they are a class
of young people to get to know the impact of satellite television on them through their various
programs and serials, films and ads may develop consumer culture they have , including in
respect of ideas and information , where the questionnaire was developed to ensure different
questions and distributed to the research sample , and results show that the Spread a large
proportion of the sample are affected , including its programs and informational materials
which affects the consumption of goods and culture.
The study aimed to analyze the effect of meteorological factors (rainfall rate and temperature) on the change in land use in the marshes of the Al‐Majar Al‐Kabir region in southern Iraq. Satellite images from Landsat 7 for 2012 and Landsat 8 for 2022 were used to monitor changes in the land coverings, the images taken from the Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus (ETM+) and Operational Land Imager (OLI) sensors of the Landsat satellite. The research seeks to identify the proposed scenarios to predict and ward off monetary credit risks that the bank is exposed to in the future, using the banking stress tests model, and showing their impact on capital adequacy and profitability ratio,To achieve this purpose, Sumer Commercial Bank was taken as a case study, and mathematical equations were used to extract the results.
