This study is concerned look at the role of satellite channels in the dissemination of
consumer culture that has become part of our everyday lives , which is a dangerous
phenomenon on society , so the study is aimed at introducing the concept of consumer culture
and the risks to individuals , which conducted a field study on a sample of students from the
University of Baghdad, as they represent an important category of the society they are a class
of young people to get to know the impact of satellite television on them through their various
programs and serials, films and ads may develop consumer culture they have , including in
respect of ideas and information , where the questionnaire was developed to ensure different
questions and distributed to the research sample , and results show that the Spread a large
proportion of the sample are affected , including its programs and informational materials
which affects the consumption of goods and culture.
The research aims to verify that there is an influence between innovative marketing and the organization's reputation by brand mediation.
The research problem is that the Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) needs innovative, unconventional methods in marketing its products and improving its reputation by adopting a solid brand that adds value to the product.

This paper aims to explain the effect of the taxes policy including direct & indirect taxes on supporting the domestic Investment in Iraq. This could help the official planners for drawing the future policies that help provoking (istumlating) the domestic investment in Iraq the quantitative analysis approach was adopted using regression model.
