Our humble study for the historian (Ibn Abi Tai) shows us ideological value in
history and his capability of sciences, religious and jurisprudential knowledge, readings,
syntax and poetries. He is encyclopedic historian due to his cognizance on kinds of
sciences and humanitarian knowledge; although some of his age historians accused his
methods and ability of writing and recording. However, when we look closely at his
corpuses and classifiers; we can recognize the capability of this historian to interaction in
what he witnessed in his age in fields of science and intellect; he left his classifiers and
heritage that overflow the Arabian library in numerous specializations that lately became
an important recourses for students of humanitarian science & knowledge.
The problem of research is that the colleges of education in general and the College of Education in particular continue to follow traditional administrative patterns and that there is a complaint that the educational outputs do not match the aspirations of the society and its future directions. The aim of the research is to identify the reality of quality assurance standards in the college and to create a future vision for these standards to apply them.
