Preparing teacher occupies the attention of many thinkers and philosophers since the age of
kaldinics ( people of mesoptam / 2342 pH ) to the Islamic age where moslems philosophers
focus their attention on thought and philosophy where the philosophy of that teaching
depends on : teacher , student and family begin .
So , the issue of preparing and training teacher occupies the attention of education scientists
depending on his vital and important role in implementing of teaching policies in philosophies
and Islamic educational thought , therefore , the preparing and development of the teacher
regards as one of the basics of teaching development because of its importance in
development of teaching performance and the industrial development is the key of acquiring
academic skills by the teacher by direct activities of the formal training programs or by self
teaching technique .
Teacher regards one of the most important agents of educational process because he has the
ability of achieving the teaching goals and development of the skills of students by arranging
the teaching process and using its teaching techniques and recognizing the students needs and their thinking ways and recognizing the aims of education in development of society where
teacher known as ( the one who teaches students ,the bridge connecting the school and society
, holder of message which make him special one in society where some people make him as a
prophet and the one who owns the wide educational abilities helping him in recognizing the
goals and the matters and the best using of the methods of teaching where we can call him as
an engineer of educational process and finally as decision maker .
The ability of coping with rapid new technology depends on the teacher who has the ability
of teaching the new methods and strategies of teaching and their application where he can
transfer this thought to his students by using the educational teaching methods, so, the
educational teaching is not as soft wares or interesting devices but a teacher owns the
specification which help him in applying the techniques in educational process.
The present paper aims at recognizing the importance of active teacher and his role in the
development of curriculums by using educational technology, the paper reaches at results and
recommendation.
Text Clustering consists of grouping objects of similar categories. The initial centroids influence operation of the system with the potential to become trapped in local optima. The second issue pertains to the impact of a huge number of features on the determination of optimal initial centroids. The problem of dimensionality may be reduced by feature selection. Newly acid hydrazide was synthesized from ethyl 2-(2,3-dimethoxyphenoxy) acetate (2), which is cyclized to the corresponding 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole (3). Five newly azo derivatives (4a-e) were synthesized from this 1,2,4-triazole by converting the amine group to diazonium salt then reacted with various substituent phenol,as well three newly imine derivatives (5a-c) were synthesized from reacting the amine group of compound (3) with three aryl aldehyde. The thermal electro conductivity of these compounds was tested at 30, 50, 75 and 100 áµ’C. compound 4a showed interesting electro conductivity at 75áµ’C as well 5a at 75áµ’C while 5b showed significant conductivity at 100 áµ’C

As a well-known oral and intravenous antifungal, voriconazole (VRN) has an extensive history of usage in the medical field. Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) have been produced to treat ocular fungal keratitis in the eye. A 32Box-behnken design was used to produce a variety of new formulas for hot-melt extrusion. The SLNs were evaluated by entrapment efficiency (EE percent), particle size (PS), polydispersity index (PDI), and zeta potential (ZP). A series of in-vitro and in-vivo studies were carried out on the new formula. The produced vesicles’ EE, PS, PDI, and ZP values were all good.
