Preparing teacher occupies the attention of many thinkers and philosophers since the age of
kaldinics ( people of mesoptam / 2342 pH ) to the Islamic age where moslems philosophers
focus their attention on thought and philosophy where the philosophy of that teaching
depends on : teacher , student and family begin .
So , the issue of preparing and training teacher occupies the attention of education scientists
depending on his vital and important role in implementing of teaching policies in philosophies
and Islamic educational thought , therefore , the preparing and development of the teacher
regards as one of the basics of teaching development because of its importance in
development of teaching performance and the industrial development is the key of acquiring
academic skills by the teacher by direct activities of the formal training programs or by self
teaching technique .
Teacher regards one of the most important agents of educational process because he has the
ability of achieving the teaching goals and development of the skills of students by arranging
the teaching process and using its teaching techniques and recognizing the students needs and their thinking ways and recognizing the aims of education in development of society where
teacher known as ( the one who teaches students ,the bridge connecting the school and society
, holder of message which make him special one in society where some people make him as a
prophet and the one who owns the wide educational abilities helping him in recognizing the
goals and the matters and the best using of the methods of teaching where we can call him as
an engineer of educational process and finally as decision maker .
The ability of coping with rapid new technology depends on the teacher who has the ability
of teaching the new methods and strategies of teaching and their application where he can
transfer this thought to his students by using the educational teaching methods, so, the
educational teaching is not as soft wares or interesting devices but a teacher owns the
specification which help him in applying the techniques in educational process.
The present paper aims at recognizing the importance of active teacher and his role in the
development of curriculums by using educational technology, the paper reaches at results and
recommendation.
This research presents and discuss the results of experimental investigation carried out on geogrids model to study the behavior of geogrid in the loose sandy soil. The effect of location eccentricity, depth of first layer of reinforcement, vertical spacing, number and type of reinforcement layers have been investigated. The results indicated that the percentage of bearing improvement a bout (22 %) at number of reinforced layers N=1 and about (47.5%) at number of reinforced layers N=2 for different Eccentricity values when depth ratio and vertical spacing between layers are (0.5B and 0.75B) respectively
Air pollution evaluation of the operational processes in the East Baghdad oil field was carried out. The analysis was carried out by ICP-MS technique. Total Suspended Particles (TSP) air load was higher than Iraqi Standards and world international allowable limits of World Health Organization. The mean concentrations of gases carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, in the air were within national and world standards, while the mean concentration of nitrogen dioxide was higher than standard limits. Abstract New derivatives of 1,2,4- triazole , 1,2,4-triazole -3-one and 1,2,4-triazole-3-thione were obtained through this research. Acid hydrazide derivative was present from reaction of poly acryloyl chloride with hydrazine hydrate in presence of DMF as a solvent then reacted with benzonitrile and its derivatives to give 1,2,4-triazole derivatives. An experiment was conducted in a greenhouse - research station B - College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, during the fall season of 2018 with the aim of propagating and initially studying the field performance of 18 and 20 potential potato lines derived from Rivera and Arizona cv. after in vitro exposure of nodal segments to different dosages of gamma rays (0, 10, 20, and 30 Gray) and EMS (0, 10, 20, and 30 mM). ABSTRACT. The reaction between benzil and hexamethylenediamine formed a new ligand [L], [(1Z,3Z)-2,3-diphenyl-5,6,7,8,9,10-hexahydro-1,4-diazecine], of the type [N2], was synthesized by the condensation reaction through Schiff base reaction between benzil and hexamethylenediamine. The new Schiff base ligand reacts with Mnп, Niп and Coп metal ions to give the complexes with the general formula: [M(L)Cl2].
