Violence can be identified as an outreaching on others’ dignity,
freedom, properties, and life. Therefore, violent actions cannot be determined
only on materialistic attacks such as killing, beating, robbery, rape, and civil
wars, but it also includes the verbal attacks such as insult, threat, and cursing.
Violence against women can be identified as any bad actions that are
done against women, which lead to a physical or psychological harm, and
invade their safety and freedom whether these actions come from men or
women, against one woman or a group of women in special and general
places.
Before, the social, historical and lawful manners concentrated on
sexual distinction between the men and a woman, which, later on, leads to a
womanish revolution in the sixties of the last century. This produced an
international womanish movement that aimed to destroy focusing on
masculinity in society.
This research includes eight chapters. The first chapter deals with the
conceptual and methodical framework. Chapter two is about the past studies.
While chapter three deals with violence against women as a violation to
human rights. Chapter four talks about what human beings inherit from social
traditions that strengthen violence against women. Then in chapter five, we have the types of violence and its different and famous forms in societies. In
chapter six there is analysis to the reasons of violence. While chapter seven
talks about violence in Iraq. And finally, there is a practical study which
includes a list of information applied on five women who are molested to
violence and visit Al- Karkh court. Also, in this research, I depended on the
method of case study, where I have chosen five cases of women who suffer
from violence from different regions in Baghdad. Their case shows how
family violence humiliates woman and subjects her to man’s authority,
without having any social and legislative protection to protect woman in
society.
This research aims to identify the role and impact of illustrations in contemporary fashion design inspired by historical costumes. Historical fashion aesthetics are adapted to design drawings. The experimental method was followed and a sample of 31 students in the department of fashion and textile design, third level were selected. The analysis was done by groups of health guide indicators. The objectives of the study were to identify the spatial variation of health services and assess the health situation for families following the environmental and administrative units of the studied area. This research was carried out to study the effect of plants on the wetted area for two soil types in Iraq and predict an equation to determine the wetted radius and depth for two different soil types cultivated with different types of plants, the wetting patterns for the soils were predicted at every thirty minute for a total irrigation time equal to 3 hr. In order to select the optimal tracking of fast time variation of multipath fast time variation Rayleigh fading channel, this paper focuses on the recursive least-squares (RLS) and Extended recursive least-squares (E-RLS) algorithms and reaches the conclusion that E-RLS is more feasible according to the comparison output of the simulation program from tracking performance and mean square error over five fast time variation of Rayleigh fading channels and more than one time (send/receive) reach to 100 times to make sure from efficiency of these algorithms.

different variables, such as (weight, smoking, amount of salt and water taken daily, and number
of hours of natural sleep per person) for young people.
Methodology: The study was conducted on students at the student community of the Technical
Institute in Baquba and the University of Diyala during the period from September 2015
until June 2016. The patients ranged in age from 18-24 years. All data were collected through
