This search includes the preparation of Schiff base ligand (SB) from condensation primary amine with vanillin. The new ligand was diagnosed by spectroscopic methods as Mass, NMR, CHN and FTIR. Ligand complexes were mixed from new (SB) and Anthranillic acid (A) with five metal (II) chlorides. The preparation and diagnosis were conducted by FTIR, CHN, UV-visible, molar conductivity, atomic absorption and magnetic moment. The octahedral geometrical shape of the complexes was proposed. The ligands and their new complexes were screened with two different types of bacteria.

Cholesteryl ester transfer protein gene contains some single nucleotide polymorphisms, which have been associated with serum high-density lipoprotein concentration and other lipoproteins. This study is done for determining of cholesteryl ester transfer protein polymorphism and evaluate its effect on serum lipid profile concentrations in some hyperlipidemic patients compared with healthy subjects in Salah Al-din governorate-Iraq. Blood samples were taken from (90) patients suffering from hyperlipidemia, and (70) samples that were apparently healthy controls.  Serum lipid concentrations were measured by enzymatic assays. The green method was chosen for the preparation of nano iron oxide due to its simplicity, ease of preparation, and purity, compared to other methods. Nano iron oxide was made using a substance that causes precipitation and a coating from the alcoholic extract of orange leaves from Iraq. The current study aimed to measure the attitudes of female teachers towards the use of digital learning and the degree of possessing their digital education skills. The study sample consisted of (180) workers with disabilities (mental disability، auditory impairment، visual disability، hyperactivity and distraction. To achieve the goals of the study, the transformation measure was used towards digital education for people with disabilities. The study reached the following results: the availability of digital learning skills among workers with disabilities. The study concluded with a series of recommendations including holding Training courses to keep up with the challenges of educational trends and modern technology in this area.

The study aims to identify the common fears of preschool children and their relationship to the approaches to parental treatment in South Al Batinah Governorate from their mother’s point of view. Total of (466) mothers were selected as the study sample. The researcher used the scale of common fear and the scale of parental treatment approaches.
