The Islamic Arts which include calligraphy and specifically the third line of the greatest

This means research study (third line aesthetics diversity of tactics in the architecture of
mosques) It is located in four seasons, which included the first chapter the research problem
represented by asking the following - :
-What are the methods of implementation of the third line in the architecture of mosques ?
And reflected the importance of research in it represents a serious attempt to investigate the
diversity in the organization design for linear configurations that promote communication

One of DNA markers based on Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) was used namely DAF markers (DNA Amplification Fingerprint). Six primers were tested, the results showed, that no amplification products using the primers OPD.14 and OPM.5. Two primers (OPX.8 and OPT.2) produced monomorphic band across all cultivars, while only two primers generated polymorphic bands. An experimental investigation of the variation of argon discharge current with a glow and afterglow time intervals of a square discharge voltage was carried out at low pressure (6-11 mbar). The discharge was created between two circular metal electrodes of diameter (7.5 cm), separated horizontally by a distance (10 cm) at the two ends of a Pyrex cylindrical tube.
