The energy consider generally and specifically the petroleum energy
from the prior requirement of the population and nations, and the basics of the
survival of mankind and all the challenges for the sake of continuum, so

fact on the planet earth, and suppose the life may continue as the willing of
Allah ,that the events and the standards and the degree of development is still
as it is, in another word no any technical developments and no any
entertainment no transportation and also there is no demographic domination
for the whole lands belonging to Allah, certainly no way to talk more on what
we and the others knew, what is the great impact on our life and for the

This study deals with the subject of art criticism by using Erwin Panofsky's theory to analyze a few Saudi artists' works. The study aims to identify Panofsky's theory and provide criticism of some Saudi artworks using it. In this paper an estimator of reliability function for the pareto dist. Of the first kind has been derived and then a simulation approach by Monte-Calro method was made to compare the Bayers estimator of reliability function and the maximum likelihood estimator for this function. It has been found that the Bayes. estimator was better than maximum likelihood estimator for all sample sizes using Integral mean square error(IMSE).
