Several schottky diodes were fabricated from polyaniline/ Carbon nanotube (single and multiwalled) composites. These composites were synthesized with different concentration and two carbon nanotubes types, Single and Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNT & MWCNT). Aluminum and silver paste were chosen as schottky and ohmic contact respectively. physical and electrical were used to studied these composite by using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and electrical measurements. The Root Mean Square RMS surface roughness of the composite samples was found to be around 4nm. The Fylex extract exert a high inhibition effect against A . flavus growth on PDA medium, as the fungus growth was completely inhibited by 100% at a concentration of 0.2 and 0.3% of studied extract, while the lowest inhibition percentage (71%) was found at a concentration of 0.1%. Whereas magnesium oxide nanoparticles showed the highest inhibition ratio of A. flavus (100%) was detected at 0.2% and the lowest inhibition ratio (81.66%) was at concentration 0.5%. The present study aims at analyzing the polysemy of the English preposition in from the cognitive linguistic (CL) point of view using Evans' and Tyler's approach (2003). The perplexity faced by Iraqi second language learners (L2) due to the multi-usages of this preposition has motivated the researcher to conduct this study. Seventy-six second year university students participated in this experimental study. The data of the pre-test and post-test were analyzed by SPSS statistical editor. The results have shown the following: First, a progress of more than (0.05≤) has been detected as far as students' understanding of the multiple usages of the preposition in is concerned. Second, the results of the questionnaire have s
