This study seeks to uncover the aesthetics of the internal rhythm and its effectiveness in
enriching the poetic text with the music tone at represented in the art of repetition and the
permit and recycling division and put back on the chest and the naturalization interview and
counterpoint.
And try to stand on the impact of internal rhythm to highlight the meaning of spelling and
irony with poet Ibn Bassam Al-Bagdadi and have a close look at the literary and
psychological motivations that led the poet to employ these colors in his ridicule and the
extent of its contribution to intensify the poetic alphabetic flush.
And deepening the meanings and provide poetic text in different aesthetics, there is no doubt
that the old and modern Arabic poem and has focused to install its internal rhythm and justify
reclining on it as phonetic stand to feel hearing with harmony and compatibility and
acceptance.
The current study is aimed to identify personality types of the lecturers of Baghdad University as well as identify the prevailing types among the lecturers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the significant difference among personality types (The Enneagram) according to the variables of academic title and scientific major . One hundred and ninety four lecturers were involved in this study. In order to achieve the study's aims, the scale of (Baron& Wagele 1994) was used to measure the nine personality types (The Enneagram) that was translated by( Anwar Omar Ibrahim 2012). To achieve the research objectives, the researcher designed a scale of time management skill included (30) paragraphs. The research reached that the training program is significantly effective in managing and organizing time. There are statistically significant differences in pre-posttest between the experimental and control groups.
The aim of this study is to detect the level of psychological stress among unemployed individuals and the level of their wellbeing by finding the correlation between these two variables.
The research sample consisted of (99) people who are currently unemployed and registered at the Ministry of Labor Affairs.
Schafer (1996) scale for psychological stress was used and alongside Ziout's (2012) scale for wellbeing.
The results of the research showed an inverse relation between being unemployed and having wellbeing.
