This study seeks to uncover the aesthetics of the internal rhythm and its effectiveness in
enriching the poetic text with the music tone at represented in the art of repetition and the
permit and recycling division and put back on the chest and the naturalization interview and
counterpoint.
And try to stand on the impact of internal rhythm to highlight the meaning of spelling and
irony with poet Ibn Bassam Al-Bagdadi and have a close look at the literary and
psychological motivations that led the poet to employ these colors in his ridicule and the
extent of its contribution to intensify the poetic alphabetic flush.
And deepening the meanings and provide poetic text in different aesthetics, there is no doubt
that the old and modern Arabic poem and has focused to install its internal rhythm and justify
reclining on it as phonetic stand to feel hearing with harmony and compatibility and
acceptance.
The current research aims to identify the effect of Baska style on students’ achievement and the creative thinking in material rhetoric and the application of students for fifth grade literary. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher has designed an achievement test to measure group of students in the fifth grade literary in material application. The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss). The results revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty, which means that when the managers have a Transformational Leadership leads to having organizational loyalty.

Tuwaitha site were measured using a portable NaI(Tl) detector. The
results of gamma dose rates in samples were ranged from 52.6
nGy.h-1 to 131nGy.h-1. Then the specific activity of 137Cs, 60Co and
40K in soil were determined using high pure germanium (HPGe)
