efficiency provided to their visitors , knowing that this type of services as they are the basics
to achieve economic and socialist development because of their indicators where their goal is
to serve human in city as they represent lungs which population breathe within .
The Parks are resorted as human usually in search of quiet and funny places , away from
the noise of the city and its complex , as well as they give the city a beauty manifestations ,
that give happiness.
The study reached that there is deficiencies in service present, inability to provide
services and inadequate for the population and bad distribution. So the study gives a set of
solutions to heal these deficiencies in tourism and recreational development.

The current research aims to identify the problems and needs for both college of political science and college of engineering’s students. The sample was (100) male and female student. The results showed bunch of problems which could be organized descendingly, the scientific domain ranged between (2 - 2.42), the mean of the psychological domain was (2.85), the moral domain ranged between (2.2 – 2.28)m the problems of study earned (2.30), the material domain got (1.95), the medical and social domain obtained (1.925), and finally, the family domain received (1.887).

The performance analyses of 15 kWp (kW peak) Grid -Tied solar PV system (that considered first of its type) implemented at the Training and Energy Research Center Subsidiary of Iraqi Ministry of Electricity in Baghdad city has been achieved. The system consists of 72 modules arranged in 6 strings were each string contains 12 modules connected in series to increase the voltage output while these strings connected in parallel to increase the current output. The study includes the phytoplankton compositions in Alaaras Lake , in summer 2008 and winter , spring , summer 2009. Samples were collected from three selected sites at north , middle and south of lake. A total of 74 taxa of phytoplankton were identified . The diatoms were the dominated by 44 taxa represented 82.8% of the total indentified species, followed by green algae ( Chlorophyta ) of 20 taxa (8.5%), and blue green algae (Cyanophyta of 7 taxa (7.2%). In this research (100* 40* 4 cm) solar cell panel was used in Baghdad at autumn season (2010), to get best solar cell panel angles experimentally, and then a mirror (40*50 cm) is use to concentrate incident sunlight intensity on a panel. At first case we get (Tilt angle ?P =60°and Surface Azimuth angle ?P =36°E) is the best angles and other case, we add a mirror at angle = 120° at bottom of panel, then we get output power (27.48watt) is bigger than without using a mirror (25.16watt). We can benefit from these cases in variety applications.
