The researcher tried to concentrate on the field study included many houses for the sake of documenting it by pictures and schemes with its history using the available data that had got from elderly whereas the rest of heritage will document in other research , in God willing .
The research confined on the studying of examples heritage houses which was some of them had built at the end of 19th century AD but, other of them had built on the beginning of 20th century . In spite of considering these buildings are important and as a sign to architect art of Jubba but, there is never full studying written about them in Western city .
The importance of this study lies on documenting sides of environmental and climatic progress which Iraqis had depended on to build houses according to this systems .
The benefit of this study is to emphasize the identity of the Iraqi architecture its application intended to organize weather inside building blocks which were suitable to human’s nature in every season .
This study investigated the treatment of dairy wastewater using the electrocoagulation method with iron filings as electrodes. The study dealt with real samples collected from local factory for dairy products in Baghdad. The Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to optimize five experimental variables at six levels for each variable, for estimating chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal efficiency. These variables were the distance between electrodes, detention time, dosage of NaCl as electrolyte, initial COD concentration, and current density. Environmentally friendly copper oxide nanoparticles (CuO NPs) were prepared with a green synthesis route via Anchusa strigosa L. Flowers extract. These nanoparticles were further characterized by FTIR, XRD and SEM techniques. Removing of Gongo red from water was applied successfully by using synthesized CuO NPs which used as an adsorbent material. It was validated that the CuO NPs eliminate Congo red by means of adsorption, and the best efficiency of adsorption was gained at pH (3). In the present study, nanoporous material type MCM-41 was prepared by the sol-gel technique and was used as a carrier for prednisolone (PRD) drug delivery. The structural properties of mesoporous were fully characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption /desorption and Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR). The mass transfer in term of adsorption process (loading) and desorption process (releasing) properties were investigated. The maximum drug loading efficiency was equal to 38% and 47.5% at different concentrations.
