Geography was not outside the scope of the computer , where I consider many of the workers in the field of decision-making geographical urban planners and managers of natural resources that the potential of the computer is the right tool to accommodate the potential of computing platforms and geographical quantity together . Reconstruction project management in the cities of Mosul, Anbar, and Tikrit, in Iraq still faces major obstacles that impede the comprehensive performance of these projects. It is thus necessary to improve the arising challenge estimation in the implementation of reconstruction projects and evaluate their components: time, cost, quality, and scope. This study used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to prioritize major and minor criteria in the influential causes of challenges and formulate a mathematical model to help decision-makers estimate them. The present study aims to identify the most and the least common teaching practices among faculty members in Northern Border University according to brain-based learning theory, as well as to identify the effect of sex, qualifications, faculty type, and years of experiences in teaching practices. A cross-sectional study with a web-based questionnaire distributed to academic staff in different medical colleges in Iraq.
