Disadvantages of Abortion and its Impact on Society
...Show More Authors

As we have said that the reasons for abortion are many and varied them to be for
the purpose of treatment or the protection of the mother of the loss or that the abortion
of an act intended purpose of birth control or other reasons is the statistics that are
spread in the world that about 50-60 million abortions annually in the world If this
abortion criminal who is loss of the lives of fetuses and a disgrace to the preachers to
the progressive and liberal, secular, and because they were not able to maintain
human life after leaving the obligation to approach Islam and because life support is
the highest things, which is one of the necessities of the five obligatory street
maintenance came verses warn those who underestimate the death of the verse: (And
whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein and the
wrath of God upon him, and prepared for him a great punishment) Women: 93.
Therefore, it has been reached to the most important objectives of the research
are:First: the whole jurists on the sanctity of abortion after the soul is breathed into the
fetus Wang is killed for the same as abortion after the soul is breathed into the loss of
spirit and the destruction of the body is killed for the same as the loss of the spirit of
killing is achieved up taking the soul, and spirit have been resolved the body after the
fourth month The attack by the loss of those Spirit embryo after entering the stage of
the soul is breathed is permissible to describe humans and worthy of respect, which
bestowed on the son of Adam on the right of life, and an estimated four months after
pregnancy on the basis of the Hadith from Ibn Masood may Allah be pleased with
him narrated that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him, a sincere and
trustworthy: ( that combines one of you created in the womb for forty days, then the
sperm will be such a leech and then the embryo such as that and then breathed into
him).
Second: we say that the origin of abortion is a risk, but some scholars say it is
permissible to abort a pregnancy before the soul has been breathed before four months
of pregnancy for a reason acceptable to drop Kalmarbp chronic illness or Kalmrdap if
hit by the rope and cut off the milk and not to Abu small pregnancy what rent by Zir
any nursing and afraid of loss of the child and clear from this that abortion before the
lapse of four months of pregnancy to the imperatives of miscarriage treatment is a
legitimate reason.
Third: If the breed of the human community which is urged by the Holy Prophet
peace be upon him said: (I am married loving and fertile Propagated you prophets, the
Day of Resurrection). Abortion is to minimize the illiterate and weakening of the very
least, the incidence of abortion up to about 50-60 million abortions a year and more
than half of these cases occur in developing countries is it possible to say that it is
permissible abortion of millions of embryos and pieces of life for them to desire a
casual or lust hidden.
Fourth: the legal rules established to ward off evil takes precedence over
bringing benefits has proven good that abortion was a major women's health and has
influences serious organ towns where Dr. Frederick Tasc: that the pregnancy when it comes out before completion, there are three damage against birth control human for
him: A. Destroy an unknown number of human will to get out before the light of life.
B. Go number fraction of maternal death during a victim of the abortion process.
C. Occur in women effects satisfactory significant number.
Fifth: that a pregnant woman if the limit does not deserved to be held only after
take pregnancy The suspension is the extent that the rule of God in order to rule on
the inadmissibility of evidence to abort the pregnancy if it was permissible to
permissible here a fortiori.
And weighting that which seems to me is that it is not permissible to abortion
and the sanctity of abort a pregnancy at any stage of Otourah because all of the
embryo in which a decent life is the life of growth and numbers in contrast to those
who they endorse before the soul is breathed into doing so, they open the door
difficult to close and put in the hands of enemies of Islam and its enemies a weapon
stab tags Islam and justify it as being in non-Muslim country of scandals and
antipathic shook the church and the clergy, so that we have already mentioned we
believe that the prevailing view is the view that the sanctity of the projection at all
stages and that which went to most of the Maalikis and some Shafi'i and Hanafi and
forward and shared their belief in God, I know.

An efficient Ag decorated CeO2 synergetic catalyst for improved catalytic reduction of lethal 4-nitrophenol
...Show More Authors

Catalytic reduction is considered an effective approach for the reduction of toxic organic pollutants from the environment, but finding an active catalyst is still a big challenge. Herein, Ag decorated CeO2 catalyst was synthesized through polyol reduction method and applied for catalytic reduction (conversion) of 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) to 4-aminophenol (4-AP). The Ag decorated CeO2 catalyst displayed an outstanding reduction activity with 99% conversion of 4-NP in 5 min with a 0.61 min−1 reaction rate (k). A number of structural characterization techniques were executed to investigate the influence of Ag on CeO2 and its effect on the catalytic conversion of 4-NP. The outstanding catalytic performances of the Ag-CeO2 catalyst can be assigne

Factors Influencing Adalimumab Treatment Response in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis: The Future of Clinical Expertise
...Show More Authors

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is characterized by persistent joint inflammation, which is a defining feature of this chronic inflammatory condition. Considerable advancements have been made in the field of disease-modifying anti-rheumatic medicines (DMARDs), which effectively mitigate inflammation and forestall further joint deterioration. Anti-tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) drugs, which are a class of biological DMARDs (bDMARDs), have been efficaciously employed in the treatment of RA in recent times Adalimumab, a TNF inhibitor, has demonstrated significant efficacy in reducing disease symptoms and halting disease progression in patients with RA. However, its use is associated with major side effects and high costs. In addition,

A greenway for sustainable transportation of the university campus: Diyala University as a case study
...Show More Authors

Transportation is one of the aspects that enable us to achieve sustainability on a university campus, by taking environmental, social, and economic requirements. Walking is a green mode that can be essential to promoting sustainable transport. This study aims to evaluate the ability of campus physical development planning at Diyala University in creating sustainable transport on campus by determining the problems that exist. The research problem was identified in the absence of a comprehensive view of the importance of greenway network connectivity in the sustainability of the campus and the most important barriers that prevent it from being achieved and the incentives to be activated. The methodology used in this study was the quantitative

A novel data offloading scheme for QoS optimization in 5G based internet of medical things
...Show More Authors

The internet of medical things (IoMT), which is expected the lead to the biggest technology in worldwide distribution. Using 5th generation (5G) transmission, market possibilities and hazards related to IoMT are improved and detected. This framework describes a strategy for proactively addressing worries and offering a forum to promote development, alter attitudes and maintain people's confidence in the broader healthcare system without compromising security. It is combined with a data offloading system to speed up the transmission of medical data and improved the quality of service (QoS). As a result of this development, we suggested the enriched energy efficient fuzzy (EEEF) data offloading technique to enhance the delivery of dat

Dynamical Behaviours of Stage-Structured Fractional-Order Prey-Predator Model with Crowley-Martin Functional Response
...Show More Authors

In this paper, the dynamic behaviour of the stage-structure prey-predator fractional-order derivative system is considered and discussed. In this model, the Crowley–Martin functional response describes the interaction between mature preys with a predator.  e existence, uniqueness, non-negativity, and the boundedness of solutions are proved. All possible equilibrium points of this system are investigated.  e su‰cient conditions of local stability of equilibrium points for the considered system are determined. Finally, numerical simulation results are carried out to con‹rm the theoretical results.

Absorption Coefficient of a Double-Layer Inhomogeneous Micro-perforated Panel Backed with Multiple Cavity Depths
...Show More Authors

Double-layer micro-perforated panels (MPPs) have been studied extensively as sound absorption systems to increase the absorption performance of single-layer MPPs. However, existing proposed models indicate that there is still room for improvement regarding the frequency bands of absorption for the double-layer MPP. This study presents a double-layer MPP formed with two single MPPs with inhomogeneous perforation backed by multiple cavities of varying depths. The theoretical formulation is developed using the electrical equivalent circuit method to calculate the absorption coefficient under a normal incident sound. The simulation results show that the proposed model can produce absorption coefficient with wider absorption bandwidth compared w

Removal of Methyl Orange from Aqueous Solutions by Adsorption Using Corn Leaves as Adsorbent Material
...Show More Authors

A comparative study was done on the adsorption of methyl orange dye (MO) using non-activated and activated corn leaves with hydrochloric acid as an adsorbent material. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were utilized to specify the properties of adsorbent material. The effect of several variables (pH, initial dye concentration, temperature, amount of adsorbent and contact time) on the removal efficiency was studied and the results indicated that the adsorption efficiency increases with the increase in the concentration of dye, adsorbent dosage and contact time, while inversely proportional to the increase in pH and temperature for both the treated and untreated corn leav

Characterization of a novel pathway for xanthene degradation by the engineered strain Sphingobium yanoikuyae B1DR
...Show More Authors

Polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a group of aromatic compounds that contain at least two rings. These compounds are found naturally in petroleum products and are considered the most prevalent pollutants in the environment. The lack of microorganism capable of degrading some PAHs led to their accumulation in the environment which usually causes major health problems as many of these compounds are known carcinogens. Xanthene is one of the small PAHs which has three rings. Many xanthene derivatives are useful dyes that are used for dyeing wood and cosmetic articles. However, several studies have illustrated that these compounds have toxic and carcinogenic effects. The first step of the bacterial degradation of xanthene is conducted by d
