Abstract
Dame Ngaio Edith Marsh (1899-1982), a writer of detective fiction, was born
at Christchurch, New Zealand. Her hero, Chief Detective Inspector Roderick Alleyn,
appears in her first novel, A Man Lay Dead (1934), and in subsequent novels
including Death and the Dancing Footman (1942). She wrote twenty detective novels.
The Dancing Footman, Thomas, listening to a playful song from the smokingroom's
radio where William lay dead after being killed by his brother, Nicholas,
provides the most suspected guest at Highfold with badly needed alibi. The murderer,
Nicholas, plans an almost perfect crime, but the dance of this footman spoils his
scheme. When Alleyn and his group of policemen stage a show in which there is a
reconstruction of the murder, Nicholas collapses, and tries to escape, hits Bailey,
Alleyn's finger-print specialist, but they overpower him and take him away with the
two corpses of his mother and brother.
The study involved 45 male and 45 females of diabetic patients type- ?? aged from 40-69years , and with the same numbers of males and females for control , all the patients and controls were without any periodontal diseases and without any systemic disease. Diabetic patients were divided in to three groups according to the degree of periodontitis , and the inflamed gingiva of all groups of diabetic patients were treated with the dried fruits powder (crude) of medicinal plants Quercus robur , Thuja occidenalis , Terminalia chebula, Anethum graveolens , respectively and mixture. The water quality index is the most common mathematical way of monitoring water characteristics due to the reasons for the water parameters to identify the type of water and the validity of its use, whether for drinking, agricultural, or industrial purposes. The research dealt with a comparative study between some semi-parametric estimation methods to the Partial linear Single Index Model using simulation. There are two approaches to model estimation two-stage procedure and MADE to estimate this model. Simulations were used to study the finite sample performance of estimating methods based on different Single Index models, error variances, and different sample sizes , and the mean average squared errors were used as a comparison criterion between the methods were used. The results showed a preference for the two-stage procedure depending on all the cases that were used

During the period 1970-2006 the Marshes-land region was exposed to several change into many sides of vanishing steeling and growth as follow :
1- Drying this region after 1991,and re-flooded again during 2003. Many other large Marsh-land, like al-Hawaisa was dried by cutting off inlet-water fed from Iran sources .As asqunance there are transferred to different kinds of swamps ,followed by major change in the structure of the region as the rural settlement concerned. Rural settlement in this area starts new push of migration. The research did not take that in consideration in this thesis because some others took it in details in some thesis and researches.
