This subject deals with three subdivisions papers :-
The first one deals with the reasons of unemployment mentioned the definition of it in addition to make a comparison between it and inertia . then talked specially about unemployment that had got in our wounded country become of wars in it .
It had a branch talked about in Islamic society .
The second one deals with the negative results of unemployment specially economic , moral and social with their roles in spreading negative phenomenon in our society as terrorist , stolen … etc …
The third one deals with the ways of reducing unemployment and trying to limit it , that may achieve under two conditions as crafts unemployment divide the jobs according to purifying in work but it is also spread .

This research focuses on the epidemic of Job burnout and seeks to achieve sustainable preeminence among the employees of the University of Baghdad. It also identifies the meaning of the differences between the two genders of males and females according to the variables, and it also does the correlation between the two variables. First, the two researchers developed a test of job burnout that incorporates 18 items, which has been proven to be statistically fit. Additionally, the research aims to identify the differences in violence levels among students regarding their gender (males & females). The study was limited to the intermediate school students in Baghdad city / Karkh2 for the academic year 2017-2018. This research aims to identify the effect of measuring reinforcement (regular - irregular) in gamification upon developing computer skills among secondary education students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research experiment was applied on two samples of (68) secondary education students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Aurar region.
