The research aims:
1- To know the intemperance use of the internet by the University's students.
2- To know the differences with a statistical indication in the intemperance use of the internet after the gender's inconstant ( Males-females).
3- To know the differences with a statistical indication in the intemperance use of the internet after the Major's inconstant ( scientific- humanistic)
This current research restricts a sample of the university students for both sexes.
Theoretical frame:
The research viewed several theories that explains intemperance use of the internet & the results.
Research measures :
1- Research has been adapted the scale ( Internet use) which was prepared by the Moroccan researcher ( Muhammad Muhammad Almaghribi) that measures intemperance ( Internet use) through the total grade that the examined get , the scale was adapted according to the

Transparent nano- coating was prepared by Sol-Gel method from titanium dioxide TiO2 which has the ability to self-cleaning coating used for hospitals, laboratories, and places requiring permanent sterilization. Three primary colors are selected (red, blue, and yellow) as preliminary study to the effect of these colors on the nano-coating. Three traditional oil paints color were used as base, then coated by a layer of TiO2-Sol and deposited on the paints. The optical properties of TiO2-Sol were measured; the maximum absorption wavelength at (λmax=387 nm), the refractive index (n=1.4423) and the energy band gap (Eg=3.2 eV). Rubina "You and me under the peach clouds" - a pet, a dog named Kondraty. Through metaphorization, the image of the dog is filled by the author with purely human qualities, thus passing into the category of a full member of the family.
