The judgment enjoys many potential sources. If we look at these sources with analytical view that enable us to identify the potentials of strength in them which is the existence of features that distinct each place from the other one, which can be considered opportunities that provide the designer and the planner the possibility to design and planning which is based on subs taken from the reality of the available data of the location.
At this point outstands the role of development sources as one of the processes of re-configuring the place which appear as a result of a reality that requires setting new goals for the society and to achieve these goals it takes observations dealing with the place policies that should be taken, so this research will focus on data analysis using the quantitative methods which are represented in:
1- Analysis of development potentials.
2- Price weighted index method.
To suggest a development policy for the area of the study compatible with its developmental capacities taking in consideration the following main pillars while putting the regional development policy:
1- Development sources and their limitations in the area of study.
2- Identifying the factors influencing the development process .
A- The factor of multiple sources: ( human, demographical, educational, health, and general facilities.)

This research aims to analyze the indicators of spatial variation in the guide of health field in both Al-Adhamiyah and Rusafa districts according to the environmental and administrative units in 2016. The analysis was done by groups of health guide indicators. The objectives of the study were to identify the spatial variation of health services and assess the health situation for families following the environmental and administrative units of the studied area. The biological effects of pulsed N2-laser on the old world screw-worm fly, Chrysomya bezziana Villeneuve in the pupal stage were investigated. Different laser parameters were involved in this work. The old pupae of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 days were exposed to laser radiation during 10, 30 and 60 second with repetition rate 10, 20 and 30 pulse/second. The percent of normal adults emergence (female and male) was investigated. The results showed that the adults emergence was highly decreased as the repetition rate and exposure time increased when the pupae irradiated for 1, 2 and 3 days old as compared with 4 and 5 days. Research studies show that urban green spaces promote physical activity, the health of urban residents, and psychological well-being. Taking the community park in Duhok city as the research object, the spatial service area in terms of accessibility of to the Community Park under the mode of pedestrian transportation is analyzed by using the network analysis service area function of the geographic information system (GIS). The results show that under the walking mode in the research area, Parks are concentrated in the north and south of the city, but community parks are few in disadvantaged neighborhoods.
