يكتسب موضوع تدريب وتطوير العاملين أهمية بالغة في الظروف الاقتصادية الحالية التي تسودها مفاهيم وتوجهات جديدة كعولمة الاقتصاد ورأس المال المعرفي والفكري، وحيث صارت المعارف والمهارات والقابليات التي يمتلكها العاملون محركاً أساسياً باتجاه النجاح، وعنصراً مهماً في زيادة فاعلية منشأة الأعمال، وإدامة وجودها واستمرارها.

Resumen

                       Este trabajo de investigación ofrece uno de los temas relevantes en la lengua, el cual es estudiar las dimensiones sintácticas, semánticas y pragmáticas de las preposiciones, en general, y de las dos preposiciones "Para" y  "Por" en concreto, en una unidad linguística más amplia que la llamada "Oración". En la parte  referida al  estudio de las dos preposiciones mencionadas,  estudiamos sus distntos usos funcionales, usos que se acercan, unas veces,  entre sí  y  se alejan en otras.

Gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) may reflect the events associated with orthodontic tooth movement. Attempts have been conducted to identify biomarkers reflecting optimum orthodontic force, unwanted sequallea (i.e. root resorption) and accelerated tooth movement. The aim of the present study is to find out a standardized GCF collection, storage and total protein extraction method from apparently healthy gingival sites with orthodontics that is compatible with further high-throughput proteomics. Researcher selected the research community in a deliberate humanitarian sections of students and faculties of education for girls and IbnRushd . In this study six stations were designed to sample waste water and three from well water to define waste water and ground water characteristics.
