Yusuf bin Hassan bin Ahmed bin Hassan bin Abd al-Hadi, nicknamed Ibn al-Mubarrad, the author of the book "The Mosques of Damascus", it appears through the study of the manuscript that it is a cut off part of the book "Thumaar al-Maqasid fi Dhikr al-Masjid" Historians such as Ibn Asaker, the author of the book “The History of Damascus” and Ibn Shaddad, the author of the book “Al-Alaq Al-Khadir”, Ibn Al-Mubarrad excelled in being brief in his mention of these mosques, especially their location and his description of them. He was distinguished for his classification of various sciences, as well as the breath of his knowledge, which led to his interest in writing and composition.

The current study aims to identify the level of adaptation of the curriculum for visually handicapped pupils from the point of view of their teachers as well as to identify the level of adaptation of the educational programs offered to visually handicapped pupils from the point of view of their teachers. In this work, we synthesized thirteen compounds of 1-(2-furoyl)thiourea derivatives 1-13 by conversion of 2-furoyl chloride to 2-furoyl isothiocyanate by reacting it with potassium thiocyanate in dry acetone in a quite short reflux time then, in the same pot, different of (primary and secondary amines) were added individually to achieve thiourea derivatives. The products were characterized spectroscopically using (FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR) techniques. Some of them were evaluated as antioxidant agents using DPPH radical scavenging method, and all were examined theoretically as enzyme inhibitors against Bacillus pasteurii urease (pdb id: 4ubp) and  by studying  molecular docking using Autodock (4.2.6) software.

    This research has tackled a scientific figure belongs to Koofi grammatical school. He is Abdullah Al-Tuaal who has occupied the fourth layer among the Koofi grammarians. There was a confusion between him and another Koofi grammarian from the same layer (Mohammed Bin Qaadim) in some old references. This research has clarified this confusion to affirm that they are two different grammarians.This research also tackles the scientific status of Al-Tuaal and the grammatical views that have been ascribed to him in addition to the analysis and discussion of these views. Synthesis of a new class of Schiff-base ligand with a tetrazole moiety to form polymeric metal complexes with Co^II, Ni^II, Zn^II, and Cd^II ions has been demonstrated.
