Abstract :

      The research aims to Estimate the Strength of Strategic Innovation application in terms of application strength , and on the overall level in number of Iraqi Industrial business organizations . The base of the ELWE MPF-1 microcomputer is the Z80 microprocessor. The Z80 programs are written in assembly language. The main advantage of assembly language is that: it is much faster to code and the mnemonics makes it easier for the user to remember the instruction. The purpose of this paper is to improve the monitor process for didactic microcomputer ELWE MPF-1 by appending new powerful commands (MOVE, FILL, SEARCH and COMPARE) to the existing monitor to make it more useful and flexible. 8085 assembly language is used to execute this program. The letters used for abbreviation: M for MOVE, F for FILL, S for SEARCH and C for COMPARE.

Ajloun Governorate is considered the smallest governorate in Jordan in terms of area, and its population density rises to 472.2 people/ km² and is distributed among five municipalities. The Al-Shafa municipality is one of these municipalities. Al-Shafa is rich in its natural and human resources, and the first municipal council was established in it in 2001.

    The examination of gills of the common carp Cyprinus carpio revealed the presence of two species of the family Trichodinidae belonging to the genus Dipartiella (Raabe, 1959) Stein, 1961 namely D. indiana Saha and Bandyopadhyay, 2017 and D. kazubski Mitra and Bandyopadhyay, 2009 for the first time in Iraq from Al-Graiat location on the Tigris River at Baghdad city. This also represents the first record of the genus Dipartiella from fishes of Iraq. The descriptions and measurements of these two parasite species as well as their illustrations were given.

The research aims at conducting a follow-up evaluation of a number of strategic projects implemented by the Directorate of Public Municipalities, one of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Municipalities and Public Works. The sample included (35) varied strategic projects implemented in most Iraqi governorates.
