The Yemen Kings and gaverners allered notable services to the pilgrims, who

lossing the right way, he setting up under ground water chanal started from Arafat to
holy Mecca in order to ensure water supplies for the erea. This project was very
costly.
The leady (Alam) (dead 545 A.H) took in her account finding condition of
safty and real protaction to pilgrimage caravans route. So Yemeni pilgrime felt safety
in their way holy God House.
She eliminated all sort of taxes imposed on the pilgrims to Mecca. She was
celebrated among her people as the “pilgrim because she pilgrimed many times.
King Al-Sualihi (dead 459 A.H) spread his power upon Mecca after aperiod of
disorder and chaos. He established role of Justic and restored order he brought food
and lowerd its prices. He covered Kaaba whith white dress of silk.
The King Al- Munsor Al-Rasouli (dead 647 A.H) forced his power upon
Mecca for seven years (639-646), treated the people of Mecca in general and the
pilgrimes in- particular in way of Kindness and Justice that had never been in practice
before his rule- he also imposed stability and order. While King Al-Muzufir started
his rule with notable dead by rebuilding some part of the Holy Kaaba and redressing it
with new cover of silk, as well as he preformed the prophet Mimbar (pulpit). He and
the King Ismail Al-Ashraf made permanent Almses for the Al-Shraf honorable
decendants of Mohammed and the common people of Mecca. Many kings of Bni
Rasoul established three schools and Rebat of sufism in Holy Mecca which serviced
people of Mecca.
This article introduces the concept of finitely null-additive set function relative to the σ– ring and many properties of this concept have been discussed. Furthermore, to introduce and study the notion of finitely weakly null-additive set function relative to the σ– ring as a generalization of some concepts such as measure, countably additive, finitely additive, countably null-additive, countably weakly null-additive and finitely null-additive. As the first result, it has been proved that every finitely null-additive is a finitely weakly null-additive. Finally, the paper introduces a study of the concept of outer measure as a stronger form of finitely weakly null-additive.

This paper investigates the experimental response of composite reinforced concrete with GFRP and steel I-sections under limited cycles of repeated load. The practical work included testing four beams. A reference beam, two composite beams with pultruded GFRP I-sections, and a composite beam with a steel I-beam were subjected to repeated loading. The repeated loading test started by loading gradually up to a maximum of 75% of the ultimate static failure load for five loading and unloading cycles. Sand production in unconsolidated reservoirs has become a cause of concern for production engineers. Issues with sand production include increased wellbore instability and surface subsidence, plugging of production liners, and potential damage to surface facilities. A field case in southeast Iraq was conducted to predict the critical drawdown pressures (CDDP) at which the well can produce without sanding. A stress and sanding onset models were developed for Zubair reservoir. The results show that sanding risk occurs when rock strength is less than 7,250 psi, and the ratio of shear modulus to the bulk compressibility is less than 0.8 1012 psi2.
