First, the carboxylic group was chlorinated to form an acid chloride, following reacted with hydrazine hydrate. Background: This study aimed to examine the efficacy of methylene blue (MB) and toluidine blue O (TBO) photodynamic therapy (PDT) as adjuncts to root surface debridement (RSD).
