Abstract:
Humanitarian intervention has taken different forms included within the
peaceful and military means to stop the human suffering, whether caused by
natural disaster or humanitarian disasters.
Intervention can not be acquitted because it carries with it political cover,
but sometimes it may be legitimate cover for the occupation and the violation
of sovereignty. Therefore, the research worked to capture the legal and
political aspects of international law and the role of international organizations
to intervene and the right to use force.
The research concludes that international law had not been fairly
successful in controlling the behavior of some countries in the use of force,
and that there is a gap between theory and actual practice of States in this
area. Therefore, international law set several conditions that must be met by
this intervention to be legitimate. All that was included in this research.
Objective: To determine the effectiveness of an Intervention Oriented program on the prognosis of Osteopenia among Women at Private clinics in Baghdad City. Methodology: A longitudinal design. A purposive ''non probability'' sample of (25) Women who have bone mineral density (BMD) T- test between (-1 to -2.5). This study aims to study the political caricature and its indications in the Palestinian newspapers, to know its subjects, the active characters, the artistic styles, and the symbols the caricaturists use.
The study concluded that there is a variety of subjects that the political caricature handled in the studied newspapers and the degree of interest in every subject. The subjects related to the international subjects came first (% 24.5) and the other subjects came next (% 22.2).
