Summary
The subject ( meaning of added verbs) is one of the main subjects
which study in morphology since in Arabic language. It is include the meaning
of each format, and the increased meaning occurred by this increment in the
verbs.
The (strain) is one of very important meaning in this subject, it takes a
wide area of morphology studies, and interesting of scientists and
researchists.
There are two famous formats for this meaning; (infa la انفع
ل ), and (ifta
la افتع
ل ). Also There are another formats for the same meaning, but less than
the first two in use, they are; (taf ala تفعّ
ل ), (tafa ala تفاع
ل ), (taf lala ) ,(تفعل

The hypotheses of this reaserch say: That the kind of strain in the
formats which contain in them structures a voice of (al noon) deferent from the
kind of strain in the format when it contains a voice of (al ta a).
The search proved this hypothesis, so the result was refer to following
fact:
The first kind of strain which occurred from the first group of added
verbs refers to duality nature, or it refers to the short time of action happening,
while the second kind of strain, no one can expect it is naturality before action
happening.

Abstract
The aim of the current research is to identify the level of administrative applications of expert systems in educational leadership departments in light of the systems approach. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive-analytical and survey method was adopted. The present work involved a study the effect of cobalt(II) complex with formula [CoL(H2O)NO3] .4ETOH where L=Nitro [5-(P-nitro phenyl) -4-phenyl-1,2,4 traizole-3-dithiocarbamato hydrazide] aqua. (4) Ethanol and anti-cancer drug - cyclophosphamide on specific activity of two liver enzymes (GPT,ALP) by utilizing an in vivo system in female mice. On the enzymatic level an inhibition in the activity of GPT was noticed in different body organs such as liver, kidney and lung.
