This study aims at discussing the theoretical and applicable parts of the reading comprehension to help the teachers of Arabic. This study shows that the students have a general weakness in reading comprehension. The researcher handles issues related to reading comprehension and to practicing exercises of the training strategies such as: dialogue, discussion, discussion questions, continuous training, group works. Such skills will be used to analyze a poem to see the level of the students’ reading comprehension and to develop the students’ skills. The study answers two questions:
1- What is the reading comprehension from a theoretical perspective?
2- How can we develop the skills of the reading comprehension from the practical and applicable perspective?
The research aims to focus on the human rights guarantees as they are subjected to continuous violations due to changes, wars and conflicts between nations and people, especially in the Arab world and the third world due to political, social, economic and environmental conditions and the failure of democratic tracks under the current reality.

One of the issues that occupied the doctrinal mind and differed the attention of scientists is the question of (the quality of the composition of God), so each team of scientists went the doctrine that led him to his evidence.
I wanted through this research to stand on the truth of the matter according to what I reached after looking at the views of the people and their evidence and direct the dispute between scientists.

Hydrated lime has been recognized as an effective additive used to improve asphalt concrete properties in pavement applications. Fabrication of a photodetector consists of the conjugated polymer "MEH-PPV"- poly (2-methoxy-5-(2'-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenlenevinylene) and MEH-PPV:MWCNT nanocomposite thin film. The volume ratio investigated was 0.75:0.25. MEH-PPV was dissolved in chloroform solvent and doped with MWCNTs. The spin coating method was used to achieve a facile and low cost photodetector. The absorption spectrum decreases by adding the CNTs.
