Target costing is one of the modern techniques in strategic Management accounting, Is has shown active adoption to changes in current business environments, In addition, is has seen a growth in strategic approach, The goal of using target costing is to build and strengthen competition abilities of economic units through introducing appropriate ways to decrease cost values while maintaining and improving quality of product, So this study is aim to show how can  economic units use target costing to achieve competitive advantages .

The purpose of this research was to better understanding of the role of blood matrix Gla protein (MGP), VKDPs, Malondialdehyde (MDA), Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Vitamin K (Vit K) in Iraqi patients with lung cancer before and after the first cycle of chemotherapy. The study attempts to measure the level of shyness; the level of psychological isolation; to identify the relationship between shyness and psychological isolation; and to identify the differences between shyness and psychological isolation among first-intermediate students. To this end, a random sample comprised (187) male and female students was chosen for the academic year (2016-2017) from Baghdad \ Al-Rasafa. To measure the shyness and psychological isolation, the researcher designed two scales: one to measure the shyness composed of (37) items divided into four domains; and the other to measure the psychological isolation made of (56) items divided into three domains.
