The subject of youth care of important issues in view of what constitutes the importance

psychological It primarily due to a poor young man agrees with itself and with its
environment because of its failure to achieve its goals and satisfy the psychological, physical
and social needs and lead these problems if not resolved to the asylum of the individual to
some defensive tricks to mitigate the severity of tension and frustration As these tricks are
based on distortion Indeed, it may cause the individual who relied upon to stay away from
reality and may end up being a mental illness. As for the social problems it is represented in
the difficulties and the types of deviations in social behavior and manifestations of poor social
harmony experienced by university students. As well as these problems are essentially
deviations and difficulties linked to relations university youth members and the values and
traditions, customs and laws, and also includes the problem of poverty and lack of financial
possibilities and failure to invest leisure ideal investment through various activities. All of
these obstacles shift between university students and the achievement of social development
sense. And that the problems of physical, psychological and social intertwined with each
other and affect negatively on academic achievement for young university must be to
recognize these problems and identified for the purpose of helping to find solutions.

Concrete filled steel tube (CFST) columns are being popular in civil engineering due to their superior structural characteristics. This paper investigates enhancement in axial behavior of CFST columns by adding steel fibers to plain concrete that infill steel tubes. Four specimens were prepared: two square columns (100*100 mm) and two circular columns (100 mm in diameter). All columns were 60 cm in length. The approach is divided into two steps, image features extraction and solid model formation.
