The subject of youth care of important issues in view of what constitutes the importance
to the development of societies in general and as much as enjoy young people in any society
are good psychological health and agree psychosocial be healthy to be effective to invest their
energies and their potential for the progress of that society and development of the social
aspects and economic. The universities of the most important educational institutions that
provide care for young people, they are as well as providing information and expertise
necessary to prepare young people for life and the development of mental abilities, they are
different activities that will satisfy their needs physical, psychological, social and working to
remove all that would preclude it. That most of the physical problems are of impairmentssenses and disadvantages of physical and deflection physical health has caused among many
narrow psychological young people and not feel good about efficiency and fitness and thus
affect the self-concept among young people adversely affected either psychological problems
which appear in the form of a sharp emotions and Aztrapat disease and the holding of
psychological It primarily due to a poor young man agrees with itself and with its
environment because of its failure to achieve its goals and satisfy the psychological, physical
and social needs and lead these problems if not resolved to the asylum of the individual to
some defensive tricks to mitigate the severity of tension and frustration As these tricks are
based on distortion Indeed, it may cause the individual who relied upon to stay away from
reality and may end up being a mental illness. As for the social problems it is represented in
the difficulties and the types of deviations in social behavior and manifestations of poor social
harmony experienced by university students. As well as these problems are essentially
deviations and difficulties linked to relations university youth members and the values and
traditions, customs and laws, and also includes the problem of poverty and lack of financial
possibilities and failure to invest leisure ideal investment through various activities. All of
these obstacles shift between university students and the achievement of social development
sense. And that the problems of physical, psychological and social intertwined with each
other and affect negatively on academic achievement for young university must be to
recognize these problems and identified for the purpose of helping to find solutions.
Abstract
The current research aims to develop a guidance program suitable for high school students and apply it to them in order to ensure the reduction of addiction to the use of different means of communication. The sunrise, sunset, and day length times for Baghdad (Latitude =33.34º N, Longitude =44.43º E) were calculated with high accuracy on a daily basis during 2019. The results showed that the earliest time of sunrise in Baghdad was at 4h: 53m from 5 Jun. to 20 Jun while the latest was at 7h: 07m from 5 Jan. to 11 Jan. The earliest time of sunset in Baghdad was at16 h: 55m from 30 Nov. to 10 Dec. whereas the latest was at 19h: 16m from 25 Jun. to 5 Jul. The minimum period of day length in Baghdad was 9h: 57m) in 17 Dec. whereas the maximum period was 14h: 22m) in 20 Jun. Day length was calculated and compared among regions of different latitudes(0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 north).

The utilization of artificial intelligence techniques has garnered significant interest in recent research due to their pivotal role in enhancing the quality of educational offerings. This study investigated the impact of employing artificial intelligence techniques on improving the quality of educational services, as perceived by students enrolled in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Baghdad. The study sample comprised 379 male and female students. A descriptive-analytical approach was used, with a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The findings indicated that the application of artificial intelligence methods was highly effective, and the educational services provided to students were of exceptional quality.
