provide care for young people, they are as well as providing information and expertise
necessary to prepare young people for life and the development of mental abilities, they are
different activities that will satisfy their needs physical, psychological, social and working to
remove all that would preclude it. That most of the physical problems are of impairmentssenses and disadvantages of physical and deflection physical health has caused among many
narrow psychological young people and not feel good about efficiency and fitness and thus
affect the self-concept among young people adversely affected either psychological problems
which appear in the form of a sharp emotions and Aztrapat disease and the holding of
psychological It primarily due to a poor young man agrees with itself and with its
environment because of its failure to achieve its goals and satisfy the psychological, physical
and social needs and lead these problems if not resolved to the asylum of the individual to
some defensive tricks to mitigate the severity of tension and frustration As these tricks are
based on distortion Indeed, it may cause the individual who relied upon to stay away from
reality and may end up being a mental illness. As for the social problems it is represented in
the difficulties and the types of deviations in social behavior and manifestations of poor social
harmony experienced by university students. As well as these problems are essentially
deviations and difficulties linked to relations university youth members and the values and
traditions, customs and laws, and also includes the problem of poverty and lack of financial
possibilities and failure to invest leisure ideal investment through various activities. All of
these obstacles shift between university students and the achievement of social development
sense. And that the problems of physical, psychological and social intertwined with each
other and affect negatively on academic achievement for young university must be to
recognize these problems and identified for the purpose of helping to find solutions.
The research aims at benefiting from the technological development and the technical progress. This development necessitated that the educational process take advantage of this progress, and the development of special computer software, especially the design programs, made the two researchers think about how to benefit from these design programs in teaching students the skills of theatrical design.

This study aims to investigate the degree of practicing the motivated classroom evaluation environment for learning and its relationship to different feedback patterns. To achieve the objectives of the study, the correlational descriptive research design was employed. A questionnaire was constructed consisting of two parts: the classroom evaluation environment (13) items, and feedback patterns (24) items on a five-point scale. This study aims to identify the most prominent factors that lead to bullying of students with intellectual disabilities in primary and middle schools from the perspectives of special education teachers.
