AI-Shidyaq is considering one of the scholars' of Arab modern Renaissance. He
enjoyed a dusting nished status among the men of letters of his age. He added many things in
language and literature that made him, during the Arab modern Renaissance, a pioneer
researcher in the 1900s. He had established a state for literature that turnal him in to one of
the critics of his age, to the extent that he was called the Eagle of Lebanon (similar to the
Eagle of Quraish).
He was also called the Jahiz of his age, Voltaire of his generation and Khleel of the
1900s. He was also called Victor Hugo.
He was characterized by a character of smoothness in style, Clarity in meaning and
purpose, an ability to analyze, Describe and write prose and poetry, He was so brilliant in
langrage, Rebetorics and grammar. That why he attracted many powerful people.
He participated in spreading Arabia culture by teaching Arabic in European schools and
compiling many books in different specializations. Al-Jawaeb printing house, Which was
founded by Al-Shidyaq, One of the most famous institutions in Islamic Arab culture in the
nineteenth century. it contributed in printer and publishing many masterpieces of Arab
heritage. Accordingly, many oriantalists praised the great role played by Ah-Shidyaq at that
time. He was dissented by orient list and historian (Gibb) as "one of the great heroes who
defend lslam". The death of Al-Shidyaq was considered a great loss, not only to our Arab
home lard but also to the whole world. This can be proved by his burial, which was attendedby many great scholars and wails'. Besides, his memory is still present up to now, for he is
referred to as one of the pioneers of modern Arab Renaissance.
This review focuses on conservation agriculture (CA) and its effects on increasing the soil’s resistance to erosion. CA involves minimum soil disturbance (minimum tillage/ no-till), diversified crop rotation, and maintenance of the soil cover to increase soil fertility and reduce erosion. In this research an analysis for improving the fatigue behavior (safety factor of fatigue) of non- articular prosthetic foot (SACH) in the region (Bolt Adapter).The laser peening was carried to the fatigue specimens to improving the fatigue properties of bolt’s material. The tests of mechanical properties and fatigue behavior were carried for material that the bolt manufacture from it, a region where the failure occur and inserted of these properties to the program of engineering analysis (Ansys) to calculate the safety factor of fatigue. The results showed that the safety factor after hardening by laser is increased by 42.8%.

Objective: The present study aimed to determine the association of quality of life with the resilience of intensive care unit (ICU) nurses. Methods and Materials: A cross-sectional study was performed, including 105 ICU nurses from five hospitals in Iraq, using a convenience sample method. Data were gathered through a self-administered questionnaire that includes three sections: the demographics, the Brooks Quality of Nursing Work Life survey, and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale-10 (CD-RISC-10). Findings: The QWL of the ICU nurses was moderately satisfied (mean = 161.42), and the level of resilience was moderate (mean = 26).
