Most of the students travel more than the distance of the planning standards, and this is due to the imbalance in the geographical distribution of educational services in the city of Jalawla. The city of Khanaqin today needs to rebuild its schools according to the requirements of modern construction and reconstruction of damaged schools after the events of 2014 and solve the problem of double and triple hours, which in turn affected the time of lesson share with the construction of laboratory rooms that need some scientific lessons.
Abstract
The current research aims to identify the level of organizational relaxation among the employees of educational directorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was used, as well as a questionnaire of two parts to collect data. The questionnaire consists of (15) items divided into three themes about the relaxing level. It was applied on a sample of (406) male & female employees of the educational directorates who were randomly selected. And how the research uncovered the efficiency of microbiology in the biodegradation process of pesticides, as the perfect temperature for the biodegradation process is 40 °C and humidity effect on pesticides efficiency, when high humidity reduces pesticide efficiency and the perfect acidity to increase bacteria efficiency is 7, for the incubation period, it was found during the previous studies that the best incubation period is 5-7 days, in this period the bacteria imprint on pesticides and increase biodegradation of it.
