The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss). The results revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty, which means that when the managers have a Transformational Leadership leads to having organizational loyalty.

The study seeks to analyze the perceptions of audience in UAE towards the performance of Emirates Satellite TV Channels. It analyzed the exposure motivations of audience to satellite TV channels, its positive and negative aspects and to what extent they abide by media ethics. A survey is conducted with a sample of four hundred. هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الضغوط النفسية والخوف من المستقبل لدى أمهات أطفال طيف التوحد، بلغت عينة الدراسة )60( ام لديهن طفل توحدي، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبعد تطبيق مقياسي الدراسة ومعالجة البيانات احصائيا توصلت الدراسة ان األمهات لديهن درجة عالية من الضغوط النفسية ودرجة عالية من الخوف حول مستقبل اطفالهن، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة خرجت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات.

The present study aims at assessing the effects of chronic kidney disease (CKD) on thyroid hormone and leptin by evaluating the level of: leptin hormone along with thyroid hormone in CKD patients.
