The scientific and practical importance of this study lies in analyzing the phenomena of commercial blocs as a means of managing the future struggle as Zbigniew Brzhenski in his book Our of Control which was translated into Arabic under the title of (chaos) in 1993. The most important phenomenon of the 21th century is the geopolitical phenomenon presented by the international blocs. That is, the new regime will be united in the form of economic blocs and political alliance. Consequently, the future struggle will be economic in nature under the chaos which the new order is living. Under the retreat of the economy that effected the industrial countries and the world countries which have become unable to treat the crisis issue thy form economic blocs.

The samples were dried and milled, then sulfated polysaccharides were extracted with hot water at 90°C precipitated with absolute ethanol, dialysed and lyophilized. The chemical composition was total sugars 56.4%, protein 1.3% and sulfur 19.7%. Antioxidation activity of sulfated polysaccharides was studied by four method and included estimation of ability of scavenging hydroxylated radicals, the results showed an increased in ability with increasing concentrations. The aim of the study was to find out the correlations and impact between the variable of ethical leadership behavior and university performance at Sumer University. Use the descriptive analytical method by adopting the questionnaire tool to collect data. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to 113 teachers at Sumer University and the response was from 105 teachers. In total, 300 avian blood samples were obtained. The genomic DNA was isolated using a fast salt-extraction technique. Moreover, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to amplify 1146 bp fragments of the gene. The amplified fragments were subjected to restriction enzyme digestion using the HinfI endonuclease enzyme, and the digested products were separated on a 2% agarose gel.
