My study here is about the (possible for itself) features especially in the (Alashaira) opinion, also I touch to the other logicians opinions, I clarified these features concisely in the preface to be clear in front of the reader, I made it in two studies and five subjects.I talked about the meaning of the existence in the ((possible for itself) theme, and I clarified its types in the logicians and the philosophers' opinions, through which the existence and the nonexistence are equal in it, as it cannot be existed nor be nonsexist unless with a separated reason, and there is no necessity to oblige its existence, or its nonexistence is impossible.Then I talked about the outweighing of the (possible for itself) as one side of the existence or the nonexistence, with mentioning the proofs about it, and present the deniers suspicions and reply against them, also I mentioned the (Alashaira) and the other logicians' sayings in the needing the world to the creator, does the (happening) is the (Alashaira) and ( Almatazila) logicians' majority opinion, or the (possibility) which is the opinion of the philosophers' and some latest's of the (Alashaira).
The aim of the research was to know the effect of the inquiry wheel model on chemical enlightenment among second-grade middle school female students in government daytime middle and secondary schools. Umm AlQura Middle School was chosen by intentional selection to be its students as the research sample for the academic year (2024-2025). This study included the estimation of growth rate, viability and morphological changes in different culture media (NNN, P-Y, RPMI- 1640, and Panmed). Promastigotes cultured in RPMI-1640 showed maximal growth rate after (2, 4, 6) days of cultivation (27.26 ± 0.05), (172.20 ± 0.1) and (343.81 ± 1.48) million parasites / ml for each day respectively, while P-Y media gave the highest mean of growth rat after (8 and 10) days of cultivation (307.16 ± 1.67) and (303.5 ± 4.96) million parasites / ml for each day respectively. P-Y medium showed the maximal percentage of viability after (2, 4, 6, 8, and 10) days of cultivation (99.76 ± 0.5) %, (98.30 ± 0.17) %, (96.1 ± 0.1) %, (92.5 ± 0.52) % and (87.26 ± 0.05) % for each day respectively.

Results showed that the optimum conditions for production of inulunase from isolate Kluyveromyces marxianus AY2 by submerged culture could be achieved by using inulin as carbon source at a concentration of 2% with mixture of yeast extract and ammonium sulphate in a ratio of 1:1 in a concentration of 1% at initial pH 5.5 after incubation for 42 hours at 30ºC.
