High peak to average power ration (PAPR) in orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is an important problem, which increase the cost and complexity of high power amplifiers. One of the techniques used to reduce the PAPR in OFDM system is the tone reservation method (TR). In our work we propose a modified tone reservation method to decrease the PAPR with low complexity compared with the conventional TR method by process the high and low amplitudes at the same time. An experimental study on a KIA pride (SAIPA 131) car model with scale of 1:14 in the wind tunnel was made beside the real car tests. Some of the modifications to passive flow control which are (vortex generator, spoiler and slice diffuser) were added to the car to reduce the drag force which its undesirable characteristic that increase fuel consumption and exhaust toxic gases. Two types of calculations were used to determine the drag force acting on the car body. became continually happen in Baghdad (Ghazalia, Ameria, and Hay al-Amyl)
causing bad effects as shortage of drinking water, traffic jam and formation
swamps.
This thesis depends on soil study to a depth 15 meters, due to its
