1- That the Jewish minority, was considered one of Iraq`s 1864-1952 main religious minorities ,and has the therights by the Iraqi constitution approved by the Iraqi peopel in addition to the items all ocated py the minorities includiny the Jewish minority .He also bledged formaly before the Nations council to get its independence and to respect the rights of minorities . 2- The Jews who have completed primary education in Jweish and government schools Increased the number so that it seemed that the percentage of illiterate males was zero and the female was not high and as aresult of the increasing number of primary school graduates, so it was need to open addition secondary schools, also increased the number of high school graduates from the Jews, it was increased in number of graduation from secondary school . 3- We can deduce from the foregoing that the interest of the British after the occupation of Iraq, the Jews and the high level of education in schools, and their emphasis on the study of foreign languages, this interest was not available in schools, the Iraqi government . 4- teachers had an important role in establishing the principles and targest of zionism and the role of Jewish schools for education of yong Jewish Zionist Education . 5- The creation of Israel in 1948 was that offended the Jews of Iraq scattered and attracted and thir numbers are rising , especially between (1950-1951) . 6- the Jews had played great role in particption the Iragi in establish the defrent Iragi organization and that was ensured into the real living between them and the Iraq is people .
The Interests of British Military in Iraq was not based upon unified vision for the Iraqi identity ,it worked on breaking that identity and deal with the different ethnic and religious minorities and tried to bring it to its side and use it and its figures in the governmental position ,the aim was to make these minorities and here to the Britain to achieve its purposes and strategies in Iraq also vowed to provoked discord social conflicts between the components of Iraqi society.

This type of mixture presented good resistance to moisture damage and improved . mechanical properties for asphalt mixtures including high modulus, good fatigue behaviour and excellent resistance to rutting. Principal Findings The most stable and important taxonomic characters were pointed out, diagrams, illustrations, scheduals, micrographs were also documented. Stamens, nutlets, basal leaves, bracts, bracteoles, calyces, corollas and their trichomes were very important taxanomic characters. The trichomes were variable in variable species therefore used as a diagnostic characters for the species. Background: Animal bite is one of the public health problems all over the world, especially in poor countries. Animal bites have an impact on human health due to rabies disease, which is a viral transmitted disease from animal to human with a high mortality rate.
Objective: To determine the epidemiological characteristics of animal bite cases by person, time, and place.
Method: Descriptive cross sectional study was done by reviewing cases caused by animal bites., Data including the demographic characteristics of age, gender, occupation, site of bite, and attending health institutions searching treatment were all included.

This paper aims to explain the effect of the taxes policy including direct & indirect taxes on supporting the domestic Investment in Iraq. This could help the official planners for drawing the future policies that help provoking (istumlating) the domestic investment in Iraq the quantitative analysis approach was adopted using regression model. The results showed the significance of the effects of both direct & indirect taxes policies on domestic as a simple correlation coefficient ( r ) of ( 0.6 ) , ( 0.64 ) respectively.
