independence, and the emphasis on the national cause.
Patriotism and principles were evident, through his strong interest and direct
supervision to open new schools at the time, in order to inform and educate a new generation
of sons, and the consolidation of national values in them, and of patriotism and rejection of
colonialism, and therefore the country's dependence on his children and not on the intruders
from the colonial powers.
Intellectual productions also reflected the qualities and national goals, stressing the
cultural marks on the Islamic religion and its impact on social urbanization and urbanization
of all Arab societies menu.
We could say, that Ali AL- Bazerkan have left a mark and clear, and a large footprint
in Iraq's modern history, to tender his successor from wealthy, and national positions and
authentic indicated the originality manners and sense of national higher.

This research investigates the methods of producing Investigative Arabic Television Programs that are able to prove its existence during a short period of time as a form of Television programs on Arab satellite channels growing in number and varied in content. This paper represents an experimental study on the application of smart control represented by the use of the fuzzy logic controller. Two-link flexible manipulators that are used in airspace and military applications are made of flexible materials characterized by low frequency and damping ratio.
