This research deals with a problem of a large degree of importance. As globalization
has caused the emergence of global market for education. And it began the spread of
information technology leaves its impact on the attainment within the school in more than
field.
Therefore, it is necessary to find effective educational leadership could keep up with
developments in the field of education. Therefore this research interested in recognition the
foundations of effective educational leadership in terms of functions, and the preparation of
educational leaders. Accordingly, research has included three chapters, the first chapter
discusses the general frame work of the study contains the problem of the research, its
importance, objectives and the most important concepts. The second chapter is devoted to
educational leader ship- tasks and styles. The third chapter was the the theories of educational
leader ship, and preparing leaders. In conclusion, the results and recommendations and
suggestions.
Fresh water resources in terms of water quality is a crucial issue worldwide. In Egypt, the Nile River is the main source of fresh water in the country and monitoring its water quality is a major task on governments and research levels. In the present case study, the physical, chemical and algal distribution in Nile River was monitored over two seasons (winter and summer) in 2019. Two Schiff bases, namely, 3-(benzylidene amino) -2-thioxo-6-methyl 2,5-dihydropyrimidine-4(3H)-one (LS])and 3-(benzylidene amino)-6-methyl pyrimidine 4(3H, 5H)-dione(LA)as chelating ligands), were used to prepare some complexes of Cr(III), La(III), and Ce(III)] ions.
