Muslim scholars have established fundamental rules for deriving rulings to be a methodology for every mujtahid who wants to extract rulings from his reliable sources, and one of the most prominent fundamental rules on which many rulings are built is the permissible and the many rulings related to it.

Background: Nutrition and diet can affect the development and integrity of the oral cavity including the development and eruption of primary teeth. Aims of the study: The study was carried out to determine the effect of weight status of the child and gender on the number of deciduous teeth erupted in the oral cavity. Material and method: A children from the age 12 months -35 months attending Specialist Health Center and children of Nursery in Al-Khadraa, and nursery in Al- Aadamyia and Hay-Heteen. The number of teeth erupted, gender and body mass index were recorded. Results: The results showed that eruption of primary dentition was quicker in children who were overweight than those with normal weight and underweight and faster in girls

The rotation effect upon Morse potential had been studied and the values of the effective potential in potential curves had been calculated for electronic states (X2?+g , B ?u ) K2 molecule. The calculation had been computed for rotational quantum number (J = 5). Also, drawing potential curves for these systems had been done using Herzberg and Gaydon equations. It was found that the values of the dissociation energy which resulting from using Herzberg equation greater than that of Gaydon equation. Besides, it was found that the rotation effect for (X and B) electronic states in Morse potential is very small and in this case may negligible.

Direct agglutination test was used to evaluate the immunogenicity of three different antigens inoculated in hamsters as one , two and three doses which were: Group (1) inoculated with autoclaved killed Leishmania tropica , Group (2) inoculated with BCG vaccine alone while Group (3) inoculated with mixed antigens (autoclaved killed Leishmania "AKL"+ BCG).(4) Control animals inoculated with phosphate buffer saline. Drag reduction (DR) techniques are used to improve the flow by spare the flow energy. The applications of DR are conduits in oil pipelines, oil well operations and flood water disposal, many techniques for drag reduction are used. One of these techniques is microbubbles.  In this work, reduce of drag percent occurs by using a small bubbles of air pumped in the fluid transported. Gasoil is used as liquid transporting in the pipelines and air pumped as microbubbles. This study shows that the maximum value of drag reduction is 25.11%.

Patient safety is the main issue in health care organization, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality defines it as, “freedom from accidental or preventable injuries produced by medical care. Thus, practices or interventions that improve patient safety are those that reduce the occurrence of preventable adverse events”.
