Abstract

              The research’s goal lies in demonstrating the impact of the Federal Financial Supervision Endowment through the process of auditing the performance of the entities subject to its audit as to improve the performance of these entities, especially if the performance audit method is one of the newly applied methods that are compatible with the standards issued by the International Organization of Financial Supervision and Accounting Institutions which is the method of auditing performance according to the performance evaluation guide for programs and policies issued by the Federal Office of Financial Supervision.

The current research aims to examine the effectiveness of a training program for children with autism and their mothers based on the Picture Exchange Communication System to confront some basic disorders in a sample of children with autism. The study sample was (16) children with autism and their mothers in the different centers in Taif city and Tabuk city. Training and retraining of teachers have become a central issue in Iraq recently especially in-service training of English teachers on the new curricula (Iraq opportunities). English teachers should be objectively evaluated and assessed.
A sample of (40) trained teachers of English is included in the study and a questionnaire is used as the main instrument of the study.
The main findings of the study were the following:
1. The trainees were serious in training on the new course (item 6) the programme helped increase their information (item 4) and motivate them towards better teaching (item 3). The aims of the programme were clear (item1). The programme helped develop their teaching skills (item 2) and was comprehensive (item 5).
