Abstract:

Viral marketing has become one of the modern strategies adopted by organizations in the marketing of products and services. The idea of viral marketing focuses on the social relations between individuals and groups. As a result of the technological development, most organizations have resorted to using the Internet and its applications and social media to market and promote their products. To reach the largest number of consumers to display their products and services in many ways, including text, audio, visual or video and thus affect the behavior of the consumer.

The problem of the study was the following question (do viral marketing technologies have an impact on consumer behavior?)

The current research aims to recognize the exploratory and confirmatory factorial structure of the test-wiseness scale on a sample of Hama University students, using the descriptive method. Thus, the sample consists of (472) male and female students from the faculties of the University of Hama. Besides, Abu Hashem’s 50 item test-wiseness scale (2008) has been used. 2. Is this analysis of great help in teaching English and Arabic to students in the College of Education?

           The data that will be chosen for the purpose of analysis are two of Shakespeare's sonnets and two of AL Mulik's poems. The sonnets selected for this purpose are 17 and 18. AL Mulik's poems selected for the same purpose are 8 and 9.
